The clerk (Demean??) is a piece of work. Would not keep an eye contact. Refused to ship my labeled package - ups does not accept wraps. Offered $24 to repackage it or $11 for box only. Warned me that box needs to have a special logo. Checked UPS site - not a word about such restrictions. He has tried to rip me off. Drove over to next store and they accepted with smile and served me with receipt. Called back and confronted him with his lie - he stood up by his position. UPS should be ashamed.
