I came here twice and both times the girl working there ignored me the whole time. I really did need help distinguishing between some styles and fit, and I needed the arms bent a little so that they wouldn't press into the sides of my head. I didn't even know they offered that service until I went to a different location. She was polite, but definitely wasn't accommodating or helpful. You'd think you at least get some service when you spend $400+
