Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 4767 Lafayette Street, Santa Clara, California.

I rented a convertible from the Santa Clara Lafayette street location on Friday around noon. In a few hours I got the air pressure too low indicator. I called up the location where I rented and was directed to a different one. After pumping in air, all was good and I left the city later in the evening. 300 miles in and in the middle of nowhere I got the same indicator again on the same wheel. I pumped more air and drove a few more hours and reached my destination without getting stuck thankfully. The next day when I took the vehicle to Firestone, it was discovered that the wheel had a nail and was punctured. Firestone dealt with the problem but I had to hire ubers for the whole day going around the city. When I complained about this at the location, I was told the manager was not around and that the agent would talk to the manager and call me back. I called again after a few hours and was told the same thing. I have not received a call back and its been more than two weeks now. Its a shame I paid a fortune for the convertible rental over a long weekend only to get an unserviced unmaintained car and a bad customer service when I complained about it.

Edit: Was contacted by Enterprise about the situation and I got my rental for a day refunded as I expected. Was a smooth process. No hassle.
