This company took over the complex I live in and it's been a complete disaster since DAY ONE! All they are concerned with here on the property is the money. No care towards the residents AT ALL! WE ARE BEING SHOVED AROUND LIKE LAB RATS! I don't even get eye contact when spoken to, more or less undivided attention when needed. They just keep on walking or doing what they were doing and respond, "we've been busy" PLEASE!

They took over the apartment complex and were unhelpful. They charged as for internet that didnt work. Come time to refund our deposit they refused to refund any of our security deposit and actually charged us more than our security deposit despite minimal damage. All rooms were repainted after (probably because the paint color was ugly), and we were charged for it. They replaced a rug and refused to refund us despite the fact that we took pictures proving it was fine.

Lived at Adriatic for +2 years, will be moving out at first chance. They own 3 complexes near Adriatic. They keep increasing the rent, and they don't waive any fees such as late fees. The most greedy apartment complex I've seen so far. Their building is very old, everything is very minimal, their staff is incapable. Their blinds are trouble, it keeps breaking when you touch it, and they charge even for it. If your check bounces twice, you'll need to pay with a cashier's check which is costly and troublesome.

Pool is dirty, no one seems. Carport is too tight that you'll scratch your car. Just because they're slightly below market, don't choose this. Just give 100 bucks more and stay somewhere normal at least. No parking available, even on street. Your visitors won't visit you again: They ticket instantly and try to tow. Laundry is terrible and dirty. Sewer clogs all the time. Storage is dirty. There are bugs and spider nets around the apartment and in the room. Carpet collects dirt and mites, hardwood floor comes off. Walls are paper thin you keep getting noise complaints. Structure is hostel style, plus road noise. Internet keeps disconnecting. No AC, only heater, which is dirty and full of spores. The room gets too hot in the summer, just because of this it's a nono.
